The University of Pittsburgh Men’s Ultimate team played in its inaugural year in 1997-1998 under the leadership of William Brotman. In the early 2000s, Pitt struggled at sectionals until 2005 when they earned their first bid to Nationals. Since then, Pitt has competed at 14 straight College Championships, finishing as champions in 2012 and 2013. The program has produced eight U.S. U-24 National Team players that won gold with the men’s and mixed teams in 2015 and 2018. Pitt Ultimate takes pride in hard work, preparation and the brotherhood of current players and alumni. We look forward to the battle of the College Championships.
