Team Biography

Hailing from cozy ol’ Williamsburg, Va., your revolutionary war heroes are here in Milwaukee, Wis., ready to make people wonder, “How did this team qualify?” Founded in 1979, Darkhorse has been clip’ cloppin’ our way to mediocre results for decades (shout out to Ultiworld for jumping on the bandwagon just in time). Only now, as our fight song echoes around the nation, have the shadowy equines emerged from our barns and pastures to feast upon the carrots of the world (@vtech). All seriousness aside, Darkhorse is excited to leave our hoof prints on the grassy feeding grounds of Nationals for the first time in 14 years. Thanks to all those who have helped us on this journey! We hope it takes us less than 14 years to return again.
